The frog mentioned the equinox, wich technically is the changing of summer to fall, so... that's really a non-answer

Well technically... the equinox is one of two days in the year when the sun is directly above the equator, and day and night are of equal length all over the earth. More technically, it is the point where the orbit of the earth around the sun intersects the plane of the celestial equator, astronomically speaking.

The Autumnal Equinox in 2005 is precisely at 22:22 GMT on Sept 22nd.

Two things from the Frog of interest:

Hope that means what we all think it means. Can someone elaborate on this damn Frog? Are these comments coming from somebody affiliated with the developers or is this some random dude's muttering? Where can these comments be found? In-game? Somewhere else?

True, but it's funnier that the Frog says the summer update is out before summer is over than to say it'll be out before all that happens

As someone who has not witnessed the magnificence of The Frog himself, I have a question that requires illumination. Do The Frog's words appear in ALL Lion's Arch districts, or just a specific one?

Pretty sure it was specific (I'm also pretty sure he has appeared in LA district 6).

Will he strike again in the same place? Only time will tell

Uh... Just out of curiosity, not because I met it and didn't get any words of wisdom or anything.... Was there something one had to do to get the frog to speak?

Get 10 people to dance infront of the frog. Do it in Dis 6

*sits by the storage counter waiting with camera*

Fine, fine, the Frog is just a dev with too much time on their hands. Unfortunately there is no way to summon them

Ach so.
The frog I saw was in the tent next to the merchant in Gates of Kryta. I posed & screenshotted, but although it was odd having a frog in a tent, it didn't occur to me that it might be more than scenery.
Oh well.
